Born in Brooklyn, New York. Penni Li is an exclusive designer high-end luxury brand, that is skillfully crafted  for Children. We offer customers fine, unique and timeless fashion pieces, with select ready to wear items. Founded by Monica Wilkerson, Penni Li is named after her daughter's nickname.

 

  The nickname came from Monica's Grandmother. Her Grandmother was a major inspiration for her love for fashion, and played a major part in her fashion knowledge. Her Grandmother had helped nurture her love for designing and sewing since the tender age of 6. All throughout her grade school years Monica's grandmother handmade her clothing, once in High school where she attended Fashion Industries she began creating her own wardrobe.

That same love for uniqueness of handmade clothing as an adolescent is what birthed Penni Li.
